Refund policy

All sales are final. If you decide you are unhappy with the purchase, please visit the contact section to get in touch so we discuss your experience. We cannot refund your item but if you return the item unworn, unused and in the same condition as it was sent within 7 business days we will offer store credit for that item.

If you order the incorrect size you we will not provide a refund and you will get store credit for that item. If you are unsure of your finger size we recommend going to a local store to get your finger sized OR we have free ring sizers available, just pay shipping ($5 for first class USPS). Please visit our contact section to make a special request for a ring sizer.

J-Love Jewelry does not size rings or provide jewelry repairs, please visit a local jewelry store for that service.
