Shipping policy

  • Standard Shipping & Handling is $15 and will be shipped via USPS priority mail, which is typically 3-5 business days.
  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING & HANDLING is $45 and will be shipped via USPS Express mail, which takes 1-2 business days.
  • All orders will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Only select countries are available for global shipping at this time. If your country is eligible the item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail international, which can take up to 10-20 business days. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Buyer assumes all risks and costs associated with delivery and customs fees to their country.
  • Insurance & Liability: Priority mail includes up to $50 insurance, if you would like to upgrade the insurance on your package (recommended) and/or signature confirmation, please email us by visiting the contact page with your email and order number. Buyer assumes all risk upon received tracking information and USPS intake scan.
All made to order pieces take 2-6 weeks to create (full custom from start-to-finish can take up to 3-8 weeks) and that process cannot be rushed but if you would like to add expedited shipping to speed up the process after it's finished we would recommend selecting this option.
